Benefits of Grass

Grass, like all plants take in Co2 (Carbon Dioxide). As Co2 is taken in, the natural process of photosynthesis begins producing more oxygen for the atmosphere. Did you know that a per year a 50'x50' (50 feet by 50 feet) lawn creates enough Oxygen needed for a family of four. Maintaining a healthy lawn increases the efficiency of oxygen production.

O2 or Oxygen, is a natural gas that the human body relies on daily. Many organisms, such as bacteria, archaea, plants, protists, animals, and fungi use oxygen in a process called cellular respiration. Oxygen is used to make energy. The lungs absorb O2 (Oxygen) from the air breathed. The oxygen enters the blood from the lungs and travels to the organs and body tissues in the body where it is used to turn food into energy during cellular respiration. Oxygen molecules then break down sugar (food) in exchange for energy. As we are exposed to more oxygen our blood vessels cause dilation in the lunges which in turn improve cleansing and tissue repair in the lunges and helps the lunges to exchange gases more easily.
